As I have said more time than I can recollect, I have 3 picky people in my house, I am the only one who will eat just about anything! I saw this recipe but wasn't sure about it, the littlest picky said "Make it!" so I did! It was very easy, fairly quick and turned out pretty yummy! It seemed a little dry so I am not sure what happened but I put tomato, lettuce and sour cream on mine and I thought it was darn good! My son loved it! Here is the link to the recipe!!!!
