Nutella Class Action Suit Could Mean Money In Your Pocket

We love Nutella here! Recently a class action lawsuit has been filed against Nutella claiming the brand falsely alleged that its hazelnut spread could be considered a health food. Consumers who have purchased Nutella between  January 1, 2008, and February 3, 2012  are entitled to receive up to a $20 cash settlement. ($4 per jar purchased during the eligible period, for up to five jars.) To claim your money you need to fill out the simple form supplied. The last day to submit a claim is July 5.
