Scott Toilet Paper is the ONE I stick with so I am always watching the prices on it. I see Giant Eagle (3/31/2011-4/6/2011) has it in their ad, $6.49 each, buy 2 and get $2 back for your next oder PLUS, print 2 of these $1 off coupons and get 2 12 packs for $11 or $5.50 each! This is the lowest price I have seen in awhile.
